Access Scanning Document Services, LLC was created by Javier Rios in 2011 hoping he could help the environment by digitizing paper that can be shred and reused in the future. Right after, Javier filed for a DBA in Los Angeles county to give it legality and start building what the company is now.

Our priority is to securely digitize your files and keep content private. Documents are scanned using equipment without internet connection and stored in server without internet connection. All employees including the owners are HIPAA certified + other security agreement forms.

My project consisted of the pickup of a full document box, contents to be scanned, OCR'ed, uploaded to my personal cloud storage, originals to be disposed of securely.
Worked out fine, very happy.
One suggestion: make the online quote system more formal. So the client can check / uncheck options and see how the price changes. Then at the end, client can review online quote, and compare to results. So hopefully you will need less back and forth mailing.
